“The necklace I ordered as a gift for my niece is absolutely lovely, good quality and came in beautiful gift packaging. The customer service I've received has also been great, there was an issue with delivery by yodel so I contacted molly brown who got back to me quickly and got a replacement out in no time via a different carrier - superb service and I will heartily recommend molly brown to friends and family”

“Beautiful fairy necklace . I have bought just the pendent before - absolutely unique and perfect gift . It’s a shame that only pendants are not done anymore . Also the necklace the way it was packed - smees like it was rushed . The necklace was out of the box , the whole thing just fell off . I know I have not paid for gift wrapping and both times -there is a big difference in the way it was sent .”

At the UK Jewellery Awards when Molly Brown was a Finalist as UK Jewellery Brand of the Year, our packaging was described as 'some of the best in the industry' and so we pride ourselves on our luxury gift wrap which is provided with every purchase. We carefully place the jewellery in the gift box and do not tie the ribbons, because we appreciate that people will want to look at the jewllery before they give their gift. In this instance, it seems that the necklace must have fallen out of the box in transit and thankfully, as this is not in our control, we are pleased to report that this is a pretty rare occurance.
