“Exceptional service. I ordered one evening. Next morning I had a lovely phone call to clarify what I’d ordered as engraving I requested May not look good. I agreed and the order was completed and shipped that afternoon. My adult daughter loves the locket. It’s simply lovely. Instructions for fitting photos into locket were so helpful as was video for gift wrap instructions. Thank you so much.”

“After contacting local jewellers I was advised the bracelet I wanted was out of stock. I presume it was because it was so near to Christmas. Contacting Molly Brown direct was so easy and my call and order was simple. As what I wanted was part of their range my questions were dealt with easily.”
