“Could not fault the service. Excellent! I had made a mistake and typed my engraving in capital letters. A lovely lady contacted me to check this was what I wanted and I was able to correct this before it was engraved. The bracelet is beautiful and great quality. Many thanks”

“The piece of jewellery was beautiful. The only issue I had was I ordered before 1pm (Wednesday) and paid for next day delivery but I didn't receive it the next day (Thursday) - it came on the Friday which was good enough as I needed it for the Saturday - DPD delivered when they said but it wasn't next day delivery from Molly Brown”

“Amazing customer service from Molly Brown. I purchased a beautiful bracelet for my daughters 10th birthday and she absolutely loves and has not taken it off since. From start to finish the customer service and correspondence was brilliant. The item was delivered in two days. Will definitely recommend and definitely use again in the future.”
