“I ordered the Baby's First Diamond bracelet for my 18 month old daughter's baptism. The customer service was outstanding. I had made a mistake with my order and was responded to within mere hrs! Incredible given we are on the other side of the world. Delivery was super fast and arrived before the ETA. The bracelet is stunning. Such a precious token for a special day. “My daughter is delighted with her February birthstone bracelet and her personalised large Lulu Diamond locket necklace which she received for her 14th birthday. It was a surprise but I knew she would love them as they are both simple and elegant to wear everyday. Beautifully made, delicate but feel solid. Packaged in pretty little boxes with ribbon. “Although we had to wait for more than a month, the wait was worth it. The baby bangles went out of stock, however Liz from Molly Brown's team was very helpful and ensured that the bangles will be delivered as soon as it was back in stock.
