We are so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the size of the engraving. We have invested heavily with the engraving machine manufacturers, to ensure all the engravings have been 'optimised' for the space available, we have to be careful that loopy letters don't touch the edges of the jewellery etc. We very much hope this further information has helped to reassure you.

“I’ve purchased Jewellery from Molly Brown over the last Ten Years starting with my very own Jelly Bean Necklace to lots of beautiful Earrings and Necklaces for my young Daughter and gifts for family. Each piece stands the test of time and looks as perfect as the day I purchased it. The gift wrapping is so pretty and makes any gift, extra special. Customer Service is second to none too. A brilliant customer focused company.”
