“Lovely dainty pendant and chain, purchased for my 4 year old Granddaughter. She loved it as pink her favourite colour, so a pink fairy was perfect. Great packaging and fast delivery. Would recommend for that something special.”

“My 3 year old granddaughter was utterly delighted with the necklace. Although I agree with a previous reviewer that you do need a magnifying glass to see the Ruby. The locket is stiff to open but I think that’s a good thing so she doesn’t loose the photos from inside. All in all a lovely necklace.”

I have checked and I can confirm that no engraving request was entered with your order, and I am very sorry that you made a mistake when the order was placed. We receive engraving requests exactly as they are entered on the website it is then received onto our system, and because we machine engrave it is then sent to the warehouse and placed into a machine as a script file. I have checked your order details and attached this for you, and according to this you have not requested, or specified any engraving. As we mentioned in our reply to the email you sent to us if you would like to send the un-engraved jewellery back to us, of course we would be happy to send new pieces out to you, with engraving of your choice added.
