“I bought these for my eight-year-old and six year old nieces, (who are cousins) as back to school presents. They loved them. They both put a secret message In them to look at when they felt sad. The quality of the product is great. The packaging is also lovely. They are fantastic gifts.”

“Beautiful, bought for my granddaughters christening . How ever it's a picture locket & previous lockets I've bought have had a card inside as a template. Bit disappointed as I had to guess & push the tiny pictures into the tiny heart Not the neatest”

“Was really pleased with the christening gift of a charm bracelet and charm for my goddaughter. So pretty and perfect for a special gift. The only slight negative I have, the charm that I ordered with the bracelet was engraved with an initial, the engraving was very light so you couldn’t really see the initial.”

Hi Megan, The order was dispatched on time using the Express Air Courier service, which we quote as 2 working days from the dispatch date, provided there are no delays due to local customs. Unfortunately, the parcel was held for a customs review, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. For orders delivered outside the UK, delays can occasionally occur due to your country’s Customs & Excise. Sadly, when this happens, it is beyond our control. “The bangle I ordered for my goddaughter’s christening is perfect. It has some weight in it for a tiny piece of jewellery and I loved the diamond and personalisation. It was a bonus that her birthstone is diamond too. The packaging is beautiful, I would definitely buy from here again.”
