“This is a present for my daughter and although she hasn’t had it yet I know she will love it! It’s a very elegant necklace and the engraving is perfect! Delivery was really quick! Nothing I can fault! Can’t wait to order more gifts :)”

“The August Birthstone Bracelet-Peridot-is lovely and delicate and of very fine quality. It was beautifully packaged. My only concern was that I paid extra for International 2 day delivery, and it took 4 days to arrive. If not for that, I would've given a "Very Good" rating.”

“A bit disappointed with how cheap the necklace looked, I liked the packaging but would prefer a traditional necklace box, the cheap organza bright pink pouch, with the necklace in a plastic bag when delivered does give it the essence of tat.”

Hello This is very disappointing feedback to read as we take great pride in the quality of the jewellery in the collections and Molly Brown London is widely regarded as the leading children's jewellery brand in the UK. The packaging is award winning and has been described as 'Some of the best in the industry' at the UK Jewellery Awards. Depending on the piece, the jewellery is sometimes sent in small plastic protection bags, as this prevents any fine surface scratching in transit. “I purchased the small heart locket for a Christening present. I was so impressed with the beauty and quality of the locket, weight of the chain and stunningly beautiful packaging, I consequently ordered the large heart locket for when she's older. Molly Brown couldn't have been more helpful in taking time advising and in my uncertainty sending email 'mock-ups' of what the engraving would be like on the larger locket. Amazing customer service and much appreciated; I would highly recommend this company for all of the above and more.”

“My order arrived very promptly and I was very pleased with the quality of the bangle. It’s absolutely beautiful. My gift box was damaged in the post but I was send a replacement by next day delivery. Very pleased with both my item and the service I received.”
