Hi there, Sorry to hear that the necklace did not did not fit. 14'' is the industry size for a child’s necklace, and most of our necklaces are 16'' full length and therefore larger in size than most children's jewellery sizes. Of course everybody's bone structure is different, and so we list all the measurements and dimensions so that customers can check the sizing before they order. “Beautiful bracelet. Great quality. Perfect for our sons 1st birthday to keep forever. Fast delivery too and great customer service when I needed confirmation on my personalisation choice. Confirmation for personalisation does need to be the confirmation email though for peace of mind that you've inputted it correctly. I had to contact the company to check and wait for s response. But this was a very come reply. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.”
