“The items I purchased were beautiful upon delivery. My 3 year old scratched the name bracelet almost immediately. (Same day) The engraving is not very deep and essentially the scratch wore away one of the letters. Shipping took forever and was not very accurate. Parcel was left in my mailbox despite wanting to sign for the package.”

Dear Caitlin, Your order was placed after the cut off on the 3rd, dispatched on the 4th, and delivered to you on the 9th. The service chosen was an Express delivery service which is then another 2-3 Business days after the date of dispatch for delivery, and we are pleased to confirm that your order was delivered on time. “Quick service, especially with engraving. I have to say I am somewhat disappointed in the color of the gold vermeil. It is very bright yellow. I wish I had gotten silver.”

“During the Royal Mail strike Molly Brown’s customer service went all out to resolve an issue I had with the mail not delivering a gift for my granddaughter’s Xmas. They reissued my item and sent it by DPD so that I received it in time for Xmas. The necklace is also beautiful. I cannot thank them enough for their help. Second to none”

“I was looking for a butterfly pendant for my daughter's 21st, and this one came up in Google ads. What wasn't clear though, when I clicked through, is that this is a children's jewellery site. I mean the model looked young but I assumed her to be a young adult. It was only when I checked my confirmation a few days later, I noticed it was for children. I guess it doesn't really matter - she likes the necklace, but perhaps the target market needs to be clearer on some pages. Besides, I wouldn't spend £65 on a necklace for a young child! Anyway, very pretty necklace, nice petite size pendant on a good quality chain.”

“Finally got the baby bangle which I had ordered but the delay was due to the postal strike and not the store. Their customer service has been excellent, keeping me updated due to the delay. The bangle and the packaging it came in were beautiful.”

“I won't be purchasing from this seller again. A day after my item of jewellery was delivered the item was further reduced and despite ordering 3 items in the last month the company would not honour the new price. I couldn't return the item as it was personalised.”
