“Soooo happy with the customer service and product. I ordered my God Daughter a bracelet with engraving. I forgot to include her middle name (which is special to the family) so I emailed to see if they would make the adjustment to my order. They got back to me in a reasonable time and fulfilled my request. The bracelet is beautiful and arrived with a gift bag and tissue paper. I could not be more pleased. Her mom cried when I gifted it to them. Thank you!”

“Dear MB, Yes the bracelet arrived. I was disappointed by its very light weight. I mean, it felt like costume jewelry. It certainly looks nice but perhaps I'm just earning abut newer jewellery, about price poibts and what the real cost of production is.”

“Beautiful station Pearl necklace and bracelet which we bought for our Granddaughter’s Christening. Lots of beautiful gift wrapping but ideally would have preferred the items to be in one gift box for simplicity and to reduce the overall packaging”

“The item was beautifully packaged but I felt it did not represent value for the money charged. The chain was very thin and the initial disc and star were miniscule. Quite disappointing. It would also be better if the item was displayed in the usual way in the box and not in a small.plastic bag.”

I noticed that the Bespoke Gift Wrap Service £3.95 wasn’t selected for your order, but I’m pleased to confirm that we included our complimentary brand packaging—complete with a gift box, gift bag, and ribbon, flat-packed for you to wrap the gift yourself. All of our jewellery is placed inside a small plastic bag during transit to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
