“The necklace came all tangled up. We couldn’t manage to get it untangled so it ended up in the bin maybe instead of putting it loose in a bad you should put it in an actual necklace box and it won’t get tangled.”

As part of our dispatch process, the engraving team gently polishes each item and places it in a protective plastic bag to ensure it arrives safely. In situations like this, our first course of action is to ask customers to contact us with clear photographs of the item and the issue so we can review and assist accordingly.
