“That was the second time I bought mokee products and definitely not the last one ! The quality is just amazing, as well as simple but elegant design. What is also very important - the customer service addressed all my needs and delivery was fast. I recommend mokee products to all my friends as I simply think these are extraordinarily! “Chose moKee because of their colourful cots but actually we're also terrified with mattress quality! Ramen Mattress is simply perfect and definitely worth its price. Very good customer service and quick delivery. You wont' regret the choice.”

“I guess you get what you pay for, but I'm still very disappointed with the quality of our mini-cot. Firstly there is zero communication from the moment you order until you get a text from the courier saying it is coming today, giving you no time to reorganise anything so you can be in to take delivery. No way to find out where in the process your order is in-between ordering and it turning up. Secondly our cot came damaged with a manufacturing fault that would have been obvious should Mokee perform any sort of quality control. After this was reported there was initially no apology, just a request to confirm the part type. I'm also now left to dispose of the broken part as Mokee won't collect it. Thirdly, the drawer just doesn't fit and looks awful. It just sits on the floor, is uncovered so you can see everything in it unless the cot is at its lowest height and doesn't fit flush with the front of the cot which just looks wrong and sloppy. I guess that's why the website photos only show it front on! Finally, the overall quality is just poor; it looks like an IKEA product from 10 years ago. Exposed holes and screw heads, parts that don't fit flush, Allen keys that don't fit the screws properly, terrible instructions and the cheapest softwood possible so that the lightest touch marks the cot. Plus the waterproof sheet is also terrible quality and isn't even made of the material listed on the website. I'm sure the cot will do the job, but I wouldn't be entirely confident with it lasting the full distance and needless to say I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Before ordering I was considering upgrading the cot in the future with the Mokee sofa set, but the thought of that now is laughable.”

There are many products or actions that have been taken based on Customer's comments! I am incredibly sorry the cot has arrived damaged. Unfortunately, it sometimes damages are caused by the delivery process or rough handling of the package. All items are carefully checked before the shipment and we always take full responsibility for any faults as the quality of our products is one of the most important values at moKee. Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the total content of your review. From the moment you place the order to the shipping notification, we contact Customers three times. Firstly we send the order's confirmation and then an email that explains further steps, e. g. production's process or shipping time. The third email is sent once the parcel leaves our warehouse and it includes a tracking number so every Customer can track the delivery progress and schedule it in advance. Our cot is made from a solid wood beech, not from softwood. We produce a bed to use wood as effectively as possible and we did not want to clog holes with any kind of plastic. We're doing our best to create products that are also environmentally friendly. All fitted sheets are made from soft and naturals fabrics. That makes them one of the best-selling products at our store. Regarding the drawer, its main idea is to store all necessary accessories very close to the bed and, what is the most important, close to the baby. It gives you the opportunity to keep items organised and in one place. We also fully present the drawer's design on our website, e. g.: https://bit.ly/2Oir8L5. Of course, I totally understand your notes & I can also notice the disadvantages you have mentioned. We're already started working on a new drawer's because, as mentioned previously, we follow our Customers' feedback and we want to improve moKee every day. “Couldn't be happier with my order! Everything arrived quickly and in a great condition. My husband just assembled the cot within 20 minutes and it looks wonderful in our bedroom. Now just waiting for our little daughter to arrive!”

“Meilleurs en couture qu’en menuiserie ... le couffin est super, en revanche le support est bancal, on est déçus car il va falloir qu’on mette une cale pour qu’il soit droit. De plus, les pieds sont arrivés abîmés malgré un bon emballage. Bref un peu décevant ...”

“We purchased the Woolnest when we were expecting our baby and we loved it so much! and what is more important, our baby loved it and slept in it since his very first day at home! So now that he is +3 months we didn't hesitate to go for the mini cot and accessories (including the lovely cloud mobile) and of course he loves it as well :) Mokee designs are simply beautiful and clever and its manufacture is really good, it feels like the products have been made with love ...don't know how to describe it better :) Also thumbs up for the costumer service: one of the items (mini cot drawer) came with a scratch on the front and, within minutes of contacting them, the replacement piece was on its way to us. Really pleased about Mokee, I would recommend it to anyone.”

“We recently bought the changing matt for on the MoKee cot. It is great and i wish i had bought it a long time ago rather than 6 months into having a baby! It is so good for people who struggle bending down to change nappies - a great height and nice storage solution in the velcro underneath for hanging on the side of the cot (as well as extra security when on top of the cot). Only thing was that the velcro was little delicate and when i went to remove the matt from the side of the cot, the velcro strip came away a bit, but not a big deal!”
