“I was kept up to date with my order and was able to change the delivery date with the courier to suit me. The items arrived in good order and seem great quality so far. Baby not due until March so still to be fully tested!”

“Happy with quality of items given. I bought during the boxing week sales which meant I had 15% off and gifted extra items depending on how much you spend. I got a muslin cloth, blanket and a cot bedding set included! All items seem quality. Baby isn’t born yet but not long left... can’t wait to use it. I noticed the discount wasn’t applied after I made the purchase and I contacted customer service to ask them. They sorted it out straight away and their response was quite fast.”

“Épatée par le rapport qualité prix ! J’ai Choisi la version vert menthe. Mon bébé est encore dans ma chambre, j’ai réglé le lit à la hauteur de mon lit. Les accessoires sont très bien adaptés (notamment coussin qui est bien plat et s’évite)”

“Je suis fan de ce couffin à la fois mobilier deco et hyper cocooning pour bébé ! Mon bébé a 4 mois et je retarde le moment où il passera dans un lit à barreaux. Hyper pratique je l’emmène en vacances ou en week end en le repliant. Idéal pour un 2e enfant quand vous n’avez qu’une chambre et que vous ne voulez pas réveiller l’aîné.”

“The products are lovely but my changing table arrived smashed to bits by transit. It wasn’t well protected against damage, but also use a better courier than fedex for large furniture items. They also don’t update with a more accurate delivery time text as other couriers so you wait in all day for a damaged product. I can’t risk a replacement as it’s so likely to be damaged again”

I totally understand it can be very frustrating to receive a damaged product. I would like to assure you our team always takes care of the packaging and we also inform the couriers they deliver furniture that need special attention in transit. We used to ship all orders with a different courier and in November we chose FedEx as our new delivery company. So far we've received a lot of positive feedback and we have noticed the quality of the delivery improved. I really apologise it wasn't case for your order - I have already contacted our Logistics Team to verify it further and to take needed actions to avoid such incidents in the future. “The cot colours are so beautiful. Pictures do not even give them justice. For anyone who is limited with space the mini cot version is fantastic. Great quality and super easy to assemble. The price is so good for the quality you get.”
