“First of all there was no communication from MoKee that there was a delay in production. I only found out because I contacted them a month later. Then when it was finally dispatched I received tracking numbers for one package which I was informed was the cot. However, there was no mention of the mattress. I only received another tracking number when I contacted them again. I received one package the day before the delivery date and another the day afterwards. I then proceeded to unpack it and discovered that the side rails did not align with the screw holes. I had to get a carpenter to then widen the holes on the white rails to get it to fit. Then when trying to put the base in, the bottom holes were so close to the raised wooden side bar that you cannot screw them down. I had to get a carpenter to re-bore the holes. However, to learn this, both myself and my father damaged our hands trying to work out which way around the base screwed in. Finally, we get it sorted And when I put my baby in she rolls over puts her arm through the slat and nearly breaks it. Luckily, I was there. All in all this is a poorly constructed, dangerous cot.”

“The cots, sheets and mattresses are great products but the pillows and duvet covers are terrible, don’t waste your money. The pillow is a flat piece of duvet, is nothing like a pillow. The duvet cover has no fastenings, it closes like a pillow case so the duvet come out of the cover every night. Also the duvet covers can’t be tumble dried so that might cause some people problems - they’re expensive and you might need two if you have one in the wash. I raised the issue with Mokee and they were completely indifferent about it. Not sure if these products have been tested with real kids!!”

Dear Tess, Thank you for sharing with us your feedback on the products you've received. I understand you're not satisfied with the duvet & pillow set and of course, we accept your opinion, unfortunately, I can't fully agree with it. First of all, the natural set that you've chosen is made from the 100% cotton & 100% natural wool so it requires special washing instructions. Tumble drying could negatively affect the quality of the items that's why we do not recommend it. Moreover, the design of our products is conditioned by safety regulations. Babies shouldn't sleep on fluffy pillows. It's recommended to use a small, firm toddler pillow instead. “Thrilled with the mini cot, mattress, mattress cover and rail cover I bought for my daughter’s nursery. At only 5ft myself it is perfect for me to reach her and has lots more height settings than any other cot I could find. So easy to assemble and move, quick delivery also- thanks MoKee”

“Nous avons été satisfait du délai de livraison (deux semaines) contrairement à ce qui était pressenti. Nous regrettons l'absence de plan de montage pour le couffin en osier et certains produits estampillés 'made in China'. Produit globalement satisfaisant et esthétiquement très beau.”

“MoKee were brilliant with my order from start to finish. They kept me updated about delivery times, and sent me tracking information. I had one small issue with my delivery, a set of sheets were missing, but they had the missing items sent to me immediately and they arrived two days later. The quality of the wool nest is second to none. It is absolutely beautiful first of all, and lovely safe place for my baby to sleep. The face that it all folds down flat means we will hopefully be able to keep it for future children or pass it on. The price of the wool nest is extremely reasonable for the quality of the product and the uniqueness of it. It fits in well with our decor and doesn’t feel out of place in the living room, our bedroom, or the babies room. I had no issues that needed a return or refund, but from my dealing with their excellent customer service, I do not believe this would be any issue.”
