“Je suis très satisfaite du mini lit moKee coloris « White beach », il est solide et les finitions sont parfaites. Facile à monter et à déplacer car léger. Et une mention spéciale pour la rapidité de livraison ! Je l’ai agrémenté du contour pour les dents reçu dans un second envoi quelques jours plus tard (absent de la photo), j’ai été déçue de voir qu’il ne couvre qu’une longueur de lit, je pensais qu’il en faisait le tour. Si la description l’avait précisé, je ne l’aurais pas pris. Il reste d’une bonne qualité et le coloris gris chiné rend bien sur le lit. En somme je reste très contente de mes achats et recommande la marque moKee!”

Although it is already the past and currently moKee ships all the orders faster than ever before. We reduced our lead time to one week and we even launched the next day shipping option. We have been working really hard on improving this part of our service as we know how important it is for the Customers to receive products early enough & to prepare the room before the baby's arrival! “Excellent products. Purchased the bundle of wool nest and cot and was perfect for my granddaughter last year. Now using the wool nest for my grandson and decided to get the liner which arrived promptly and looks lovely. still using the cot for my granddaughter.”

“I have ordered mini cot Stone Teal, I have contact them through tlc@mokee.eu, got response in less than 40min. and goods were shipped next day after. got here after 4days. very good quality, easy to put together and looks great in our little one room. I just ordered more products from them, will see how this goes”

“They took 8 weeks to deliver my items as when they arrived I was missing 2 of the 5 items ordered. Terrible customer service, no phone number even though I requested to speak to them a number of times and very slow to respond to emails. When they finally did respond they said the missing items “must be in the box” which is frankly offensive. Please do not buy from this cowboy company - I will be telling all my mummy friends to steer clear.”

In the last months, we did our best to improve our Customer Service and to answer all emails much faster. Based on the latest reports, we respond to received queries within less than 20 minutes! There are some requests that may need a longer verification as sometimes in order to answer your question, we have to contact the Logistics Centre or Production Department. Our Customer Service Team is available every day, also during weekends or bank holidays. Furthermore, we launched the chat option on our website that allows you to have a real-time conversation with us. I have just contacted you to make sure that you received proper help from our side and to help if any other questions arose. Once again, please, accept the greatest apologies for any inconveniences. “Still awaiting delivery of my order which was placed last November (2018) with a 4 - 6 week delivery time advised at point of placing order. Its now mid Feb 2019 with no sign of it and I am due to give birth in two weeks. There is no telephone number provided to call (even when this is requested) and unbelievably slow responses to emails. I partly cancelled the order as I became anxious about how close it was getting to my due date. The refund took 4 weeks to be processed and constant chasing, finally arriving when I referred the matter to my banks fraud investigation team. Do not use this company if you want your goods delivered within a reasonable timeframe or if you expect any level of customer service at all.”

Dear Lucy, Thank you for your opinion and for sharing your feedback with us. I am really sorry that your buying experience at moKee hasn't been as smooth and pleasant as you expected it to be. That is true we used to have quite long shipping time a few months ago, although I am happy to inform we already shortened it and we ship all orders within 1 - 3 weeks. Approx. 70% leave our warehouse even within 2 weeks! To meet the expectations of our Customers, we also launched the next day shipping option that can be used for specific cots & mattresses. It is definitely not the last word as we are going to shorten the lead time again in the near future. We also took care of our Customer Service and we improved the response time to all emails & queries. The team is available every day - from Monday to Sunday, also during bank holidays. We use the chat and emails to communicate with Customers as those options are the most efficient, however, if there is a need of the phone call, we are able to arrange it to help as much as it is possible. We have also changed the rules of some processes, e. g. refunds that now are being processed within a few days. I am really thankful for your opinion and for rating our service as it definitely helped us at improving our service. I am also sure it is just the beginning as we are constantly improving the brand and looking for new solutions or opportunities to be better & better. Best wishes, Daria

“We order our cot on the 10/10 and we have not yet received it. In this day and age I can’t believe that it is taking so long. Customer service is poor as they don’t do anything about it. I want the cot as it was recommended and the size fits our requirements”

I also agree with you that this process shouldn't have taken a such a long time, therefore I am more than happy to inform we have shortened our shipping time and we already send products within 1 - 3 weeks or even faster! We are constantly working on our lead time and we are going to shorten it again in the very near future. In the last months, we analyzed and improved most of the processes to provide a much better & more efficient service to our Customers. We are aware of previous mistakes and we did our best to liquidate all of them.
