“Communication avec le service client est parfaite! Le produit est esthétique très joli, peu commun et de bonne qualité. Dommage que le revêtement du couffin ne soit pas de couleur blanche comme constaté sur la photo ( mais effectivement non précisé dans la description), mais dans l’ensemble je recommande vivement ce site ainsi que leurs produits.”

“I am in love with the woolnest design and my little one sleeps soundly every night. The team at MoKee provided me with excellent speedy customer support. When my order could not be delivered within the timeframe i required due to a change in design they upgraded my purchase the day i found out. All responses to my queries were replied to within an hour of emailing and always with a method to resolve my concerns.”

“They were amazing for customer service. I placed my order and realised I selected the wrong colour so emailed and again picked the wrong one so had to email again! They were more than happy to change it for me and I got the one I wanted! It was fast dispatch and delivery and is the most beautiful and perfect mini cot!”

“Beautiful items. Classy and the opposite of much of the plastic you see for sale elsewhere. Wool nest comes upstairs and downstairs with us. Cute little sheets nicely packaged in paper. Had to email a couple of times re delivery as we wee getting very close to due date but helpful replies come within hours even on a weekend. Would thoroughly recommend.”

“Absolutely love the quality of the Moses basket stand that we bought to go with the Mokee seagrass basket. We also bought the feeding pillow which is covered in a beautiful durable fabric and is much firmer and deeper than other feeding pillows so should really help me to comfortably feed baby when he arrives. We also live how everything in the range compliments each other and that everything we have so far purchased has been fantastic quality, that we’re even considering buying a cot from them, too. Delivery is quick our items arrived before their expected date and you’re kept well informed, the shipping is also amazing value and items arrived well packaged. Mokee customer service is also brilliant being quick to respond to any queries.”
