“Such a lovely cot! We initially bought the Woolnest and our baby loved it! It was easy to move between rooms and we even took it travelling with us. Seeing that he liked the mattress we wanted to get the cot as his next bed and it looks great. Plus the changing table works well and meant we could reclaim some space in our bedroom. The only downside is that while the cot is in the higher positions you can see what is in the drawers underneath, looks a bit untidy. I guess it will look neater once it's a toddler bed. Great customer service!”

“Great cot. Looks nice. Baby is happy in it and sleeping well. Very prompt customer service when asked a question about delivery. Took a couple of weeks once ordered but quick delivery when it was ready.”

“Very happy with the product, simple to construct (took no longer than 10minutes) and customer support replied promptly. Had concerns reading other reviews with poor delivery times, had a slight hick up and poor communication from mokee initially but item arrived within 2 weeks, so happy.”

“We ordered a cot for our baby girl and the estimated delivery time was a slight bit longer than we expected. We reached out to the team and their response was exceptional. The team we all out to make sure we got the cot quickly. On receiving it, my husband and I found the assembly process straightforward and we love the quality. Thank you moKee”

“Great customer experience here. Even if the delivery didn't come on time (quality didn't match Mokee's standards - we have been notified, all good here), the products (mini cot, mattress, drawer and mini mobile) are as expected. The overall is lovely and it's perfect for the bedroom. Thanks. M&T.”

“Product was as expected, however a slight scratch on one of the bars (not big enough for us to be bothered about returning). Communication with customer services was good, quick and helpful. Especially when we were sent incorrect delivery dates. Cot took awhile (longer than we thought) to assemble.”

“I love this basket. I'm not a fan of the traditional looking baby stuff, to frilly and odd. Our decor is very modern, glass and chrome type and we wanted a modern baby room. This is amazing. Love the material and the colours. Very light and easy to use. Set up was pretty easy too. And I love that its wool and wood. I've recommended to everyone! Delivery wasnt bad, didnt take too long really. Well packaged and kept informed.”
