“Initial contact by telephone was not good, as the receptionist at MD did not seem to understand the language ie English! The return call requested did not materialise. However our follow up call a week later went well and having made the appointment to visit to view your products, we were extremely impressed with the service we received. Very professional. “Excellent service from Daniela who took my order and arranged for it to be delivered on 30.9.20 when I knew I would be at home. Unexpectedly it arrived on 29.9. when I was out and it was left with a neighbour so I was unable to check the packaging, as requested. The packaging was damaged (photo submitted) but there was no damage to the table. All this reported to Daniela who was patient and helpful throughout. Instructions sheet would have been helpful. Never used this company before but chose it because I could order over the phone.”
