“The product (chairs) is great, and we're very happy with the service from teh company - but NOT from the delivery company. In spite of very clear instructions to take the furniture to the church or hall, they delivered to a house so we had to carry them across our selves.”

“Bought 4 large folding tables, unfortunately 3 were damaged on the corners . Rang them, replaced them immediately, so helpful and obliging , customer service like this does not often happen these days. Would definitely use them again”

“Had 2 community group orders to fulfill, managed to find all products on Mogo, saved extensive delivery charges to Channel Islands by combining the order. Easy to order, VAT taken off, delivery arranged, no problem. Only issue was told it would be delivered Friday, arrived Monday, that's pretty good for shipping to Channel Islands, and couriers didn't phone to say they would be delivering as they were supposed to.”

“Left the table i ordered outside in Covent Garden on the floor not even outside our shop - wasn't found for an hour. Rang to complain and the response was 'couldn't do anything about it' even though I asked for delivery to be refunded as people were walking over the table.”

“Stock arrived in good condition. Thank you. Very disappointed with delivery service. Arrived 24 hours late and was dumped in yard. End of the day, probably last delivery and guess delivery guy just wanted to get home. Not interested in helping move into barn even though I was on my own. Said it was carpeted - which it wasn't so he couldn't go in!”
