The chairs that we received are ideal for our requirements and of the quality which we expected. Thanks. However the wrong trolley was sent and we look forward to receiving the correct as promised on Monday16th Oct

Nothing to complaint about except that I requested an VAT invoice and was told it would be emailed when the goods were depsatched............10 days ago......still waiting!

Delivered on the day but in 2 separate deliveries. Confusing that I was expecting the delivery at 1.30pm but there was one at 8.30am as well. Tables first, chairs in the afternoon.

Delivery time was good. Chair straps were missing. Delivery driver was very unhelpful.

Having purchased 4 folding chair trolleys and paying the £20 delivery charge the invoice notified of next day delivery as did the sales person who was spoken to. The item did not arrive until Monday even though assurances were made of delivery on the Friday. Paying a delivery fee is never an issue but reliable delivery is expected when it is paid for.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your order as expected. We looked into this for you with our carrier and found that your order was delayed at the hub where they sort the parcels. Your order was put on the van for delivery on Friday but we've been advised that the driver was unable to reach you due to roadworks in your area (possibly hard to believe we know but the driver took photos to substantiate this!). As a result, your order could not be delivered until Monday. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and as a gesture of goodwill would like to offer you free delivery on your next order. Please use the code "FREEDEL" at the checkout the next time you order online.

The chairs purchased were fine. There was a miscommunication over delivery but this was resolved. We were kept informed of the problem after the initial problem.

I think you will find we ordered charcoal colour but received blue. Otherwise they arrived promptly and undamaged. Would have preferred to match existing but will live with the blue!

All furniture & tables & trolleys all good apart from 6 bistro 'stacking' tables, which don't stack, but apparently slide together - this isn't stacking! Legs don't match pre drilled holes on the table tops & a 4 legged square table base sent.... Trying to return these, as I don't feel they are as described in the brochure.

Hi Mr Sutton, Thank you for your feedback. Your sample ADV stacking chair will be delivered directly from our manufacturer around 8th September as previously advised on 25th September. They will contact you nearer the time to arrange a convenient time for delivery. If you have not received your sample chair by this time, please contact us and we will progress it for you.
