“Quality of product very good (banqueting chair) Communication regarding delivery date very good. Only negative was that it was agreed that I would be contacted half an hour before delivery so i could get to the delivery point- this didn't happen and I was only called on arrival.”

“Easy ordering process and fair pricing. Only reason not given 5 stars was from a managing expectations angle and is probably being over-pernickety but the confirmation email said I would be contacted by the dispatch team about delivery "to arrange a suitable delivery date with you". The next thing I received was an early morning text direct from DPD that the delivery would be made that day which luckily tied in with my plans so wasn't a problem, but it could have been. I would certainly use them again, it's just that I'm a stickler for businesses/people doing what they say they're going to, otherwise don't say it!”

“Ordered a tressle table to use for an N scale railway set for my grandson.Ideal as able to fold legs away and lean it flat against the wall when not in use.Delivered in a timely fashion. Item well built and great value for money.”
