I needed a collapsible table delivered in less than a week. I called the Mogo customer service number and was told that if I ordered on line immediately, I would receive it in 2 days time. I was sceptical… but I got it in my calendar two days time! Excellent customer service and the people on the end of the phone were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this company!

Good supplier - was able to buy a single chair rather than a set of two or four as per rival companies and price good. Communication also good and delivery was on expected day. Tracking would be useful - the Shop app suggested didn't work, needing a tracking number. Also chair not well packed though thankfully undamaged.

Zoun table delivered with damage to corner . Customer service is excellent, I emailed photos and they responded next days sending out new table within 3 days which this time arrived safely. Many thanks

The tables we purchased are excellent, however I have only given you three stars as originally we were given a delivery date and we waited all day for this to arrive at the centre which did not happen and then I received an email later in the week to say that it would be the following week. Not very good customer care, if you were unable to deliver when expected, a telephone call should have been issued to stop someone being at the centre all day.

I haven’t received the fold up desk and chair delivery should of been on 29th July and I worked from home that day. I phoned on Friday evening and left a message so hopefully will be told why my order didn’t turn up.

I am very pleased with the 2 reclining chairs we purchased, they are lightweight and well built, good quality with a good finish, and it's easy to adjust the backrest position while sitting in the chair, they are very comfortable providing a good level of support, ideal to sit in for a few hours relaxation.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was really impressed with Mogo after I received a delivery date that was going to be too late for me. When I contacted them (on a Sunday) by email they immediately rescheduled the delivery for an earlier date. This really helped me. They could improve their website by giving an estimated delivery date when you order, to avoid the above happening. Overall very impressed with their service.

We purchased Comfort 28 Folding Chair Bundle - 28 Chairs & Trolley. Whilst the chairs are perfect (we used them all today for an afternoon tea), the trolley is not big enough for 28 chairs and only securely holds 24. As soon as we move the trolley, the 7th chair on each of the 4 racks topples off! I feel like the trolley was not designed for the 28 chairs it comes with or we've been sent the wrong trolley perhaps?

We contacted Mogo again, to increase the number of chairs we had previously bought in 2018. We received excellent information and customer service from both Ellen and Seema, and we have now received our order, and we are very pleased and happy that we use Mogo Direct again

When I placed the order delivery was for Wednesday 26/1 however, the confirmation of the order was for Friday 28/1 between 8.00-18.00 hours, I waited in all morning for the delivery at 12.17 hours a text said the delivery would be Monday 31/1. Very poor service I would not purchase from Moho again.
