“Received goods in a timely manner and excellent condition however, very disappointed to pay £17.50 delivery charge when the item was posted via Royal Mail at a cost of £5.50. No need to charge so much for delivery if you are not actually paying that much.”

“Easy to order and the items came within a few working days. I ordered a table and chair and all I had to do was take them out of their packaging. Chair is very comfortable, I am able to sit on it all day”

“I needed a collapsible table delivered in less than a week. I called the Mogo customer service number and was told that if I ordered on line immediately, I would receive it in 2 days time. I was sceptical… but I got it in my calendar two days time! Excellent customer service and the people on the end of the phone were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this company!”

“Good supplier - was able to buy a single chair rather than a set of two or four as per rival companies and price good. Communication also good and delivery was on expected day. Tracking would be useful - the Shop app suggested didn't work, needing a tracking number. Also chair not well packed though thankfully undamaged.”

“The tables we purchased are excellent, however I have only given you three stars as originally we were given a delivery date and we waited all day for this to arrive at the centre which did not happen and then I received an email later in the week to say that it would be the following week. Not very good customer care, if you were unable to deliver when expected, a telephone call should have been issued to stop someone being at the centre all day.”
