“I think you will find we ordered charcoal colour but received blue. Otherwise they arrived promptly and undamaged. Would have preferred to match existing but will live with the blue!”

“The item ordered, a small light folding table, arrived in good time.However the delivery man said he would not bring it up the 15 solid stone stairs, as he was not insured for such an exertions. I had recently had a hip replacement. Delivery Service?”

“Delivery arrangements were not made clear. The driver informed us that he could only do kerbside and needed a drop kerb in order to deliver. Fortunately he was helpful and with our assistance he did deliver to the hall. Had the delivery been made clear I would have ensured extra help at point of delivery”

“Mogo Direct was very easy to sort my order with, and I am not particularly computer literate!! The order was delivered promptly and we knew which day it would arrive. All in all a very good experience - it is the first time I have used the company.”

“Goods arrived in good condition. However, I was informed that it was an all day delivery, which is quite inconvenient. However, I agreed to wait all day for my delivery and nothing arrived as expected. I wasted a whole day for it to arrive the next day. Very poor delivery service.”

“I was very pleased with the helpful service I received. I ordered a folding table over the phone and needed it to be sent to an address outside the UK and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and organised everything . The table arrived on the day that she said it would and is exactly right for what is needed.”

“Ordering was easy and sales staff very helpful. The package was badly treated by the delivery carrier and it arrived with its packaging split open and item partly showing. There was no damage to the item though.”
