“Before the lockdown we ordered 30 folding padded chairs and 4 folding tables and 20 chairs and the 4 folding tables were delivered very quickly however the factory only had the 20 chairs in stock with the other 10 to follow. Lockdown then occurred so the other 10 took quite a time to be made because the factory was locked down. This didn't matter as out Hall was also locked down. MOGO kept us informed on the ongoing situation and we received the other 10 earlier this week. We highly recommend MOGO who dealt with this extreme situation very professionally and were contactable at all times.”

“I chose the 6ft adjustable folding table to use for art/crafts outdoors and in. I had difficulties processing the order through the website and had to reload twice to make it work and even then I was unsure if it had gone through. I contacted Mogo via email and received a response and confirmation the next day which was helpful. The table arrived 3 days later. It was easy to set up and seems quite sturdy. Ready for action.”

“My table arrived on Friday 21st as advised and I am delighted with it. It was well packed, the information was generally good and delivery driver was very good. There should also be a scale of delivery charges and a purchase over a certain sum, should be free. The only important thing that was lacking was any form of delivery tracking. It isn't really helpful to learn that the package will arrive between 8am and 6pm, which is basically a waste of a whole day and isn't normal practice now. What is normal, is being given a delivery slot of say an hour, during which delivery will be made, leaving the remainder of the time free These points are important and will affect whether I decide to make another purchase or purchases in the future. I can't say if the delivery was on time as I wasn't given a time. It was delivered on the advised day”

“The initial sales process was very good, communication was responsive and queries answeres promptly (including sample chair). However, we have not received our order. It is not easy to give feedback when we have not received the chairs. When we paid for the order we were told that delivery would be under 3 weeks. Once payment has been made,, it has been confirmed that delivery would be at least 4 weeks if not 5. This is very deceptive.”

Further to the review received, we are sorry to hear that you feel the delivery lead time was not clear. As you have placed an order for bespoke, made-to-order chairs, the lead time is greater than normal and we believe this was explained over a phone call. Added to this, we have seen a recent spike in demand owing to schools and community organisations re-organising themselves in response to COVID-19, before they reopen. We have, of course, informed you of the estimated delivery date as soon as we have become aware of the situation. We do appreciate your feedback, however, and will endeavour to make our delivery lead times clearer going forward. As confirmed via email, we estimate that delivery of your order will be made w/c 14.09.2020 If there is anything further we can do to assist, please do not hesitate get in touch at anytime. “We love the design of their Mia 6ft Plastic Folding Table | Fold-in-Half | L1830 x W760mm (6' x 2' 6"). Unfortunately, it came with a couple of manufacturing faults, so from my perspective, it should have never have passed a QA inspection and been shipped to me. I had a number of exchanges with Mogo Direct because the issues were not caused by the courier. We resolved the issues and it was great to work with them (very positive). I just wish they would inspect the tables on their production line. I don't think they get them from China, but I might be wrong? One other improvement I think they could make is to supply the shipping number and their courier details automatically, so that its easy to see where your shipment is via a web link. I asked about these details and they were supplied. It would have been great and worth 5*'s if they had automatically supplied these details.”
