“My table arrived on Friday 21st as advised and I am delighted with it. It was well packed, the information was generally good and delivery driver was very good. There should also be a scale of delivery charges and a purchase over a certain sum, should be free. The only important thing that was lacking was any form of delivery tracking. It isn't really helpful to learn that the package will arrive between 8am and 6pm, which is basically a waste of a whole day and isn't normal practice now. What is normal, is being given a delivery slot of say an hour, during which delivery will be made, leaving the remainder of the time free These points are important and will affect whether I decide to make another purchase or purchases in the future. I can't say if the delivery was on time as I wasn't given a time. It was delivered on the advised day”

“The initial sales process was very good, communication was responsive and queries answeres promptly (including sample chair). However, we have not received our order. It is not easy to give feedback when we have not received the chairs. When we paid for the order we were told that delivery would be under 3 weeks. Once payment has been made,, it has been confirmed that delivery would be at least 4 weeks if not 5. This is very deceptive.”

Further to the review received, we are sorry to hear that you feel the delivery lead time was not clear. As you have placed an order for bespoke, made-to-order chairs, the lead time is greater than normal and we believe this was explained over a phone call. Added to this, we have seen a recent spike in demand owing to schools and community organisations re-organising themselves in response to COVID-19, before they reopen. We have, of course, informed you of the estimated delivery date as soon as we have become aware of the situation. We do appreciate your feedback, however, and will endeavour to make our delivery lead times clearer going forward. “We love the design of their Mia 6ft Plastic Folding Table | Fold-in-Half | L1830 x W760mm (6' x 2' 6"). Unfortunately, it came with a couple of manufacturing faults, so from my perspective, it should have never have passed a QA inspection and been shipped to me. I had a number of exchanges with Mogo Direct because the issues were not caused by the courier. We resolved the issues and it was great to work with them (very positive). I just wish they would inspect the tables on their production line. I don't think they get them from China, but I might be wrong? One other improvement I think they could make is to supply the shipping number and their courier details automatically, so that its easy to see where your shipment is via a web link. I asked about these details and they were supplied. It would have been great and worth 5*'s if they had automatically supplied these details.”

“Mogo staff very helpful, trolley well suited to our needs, easily put together although 1 bolt was wrong size but we found a substitute. Also several nuts were supplied which weren't needed. Assembly instructions would have been nice, as would a delivery tracking number.”

“Products were in good condition, however 1 of the items had been opened. As item was delivered in a box that had been left open and product exposed. I would be wary buying from company again as no quality checks operated. Other item also arrived in a bruised and battered box.”

“Lovely, sturdy 5ft folding table - bought for occasional outside use on our patio and delivered promptly. The only issue is that we didn't measure our existing chairs correctly to check that they would fit side by side underneath - the diagonal folding support bar in each corner of the table impedes the arms of the chairs. Our fault and we only mention it to alert others who might have the same problem.”

“I am very pleased with the trestle foldaway table I purchased. It is sturdy but not heavy, and easy to erect and fold away. This size is just right for the purpose I use it for, and I like the smoothness of the surface. Very competitively priced, super fast delivery and excellent customer service. “Excellent quality table. Strong, fold very easily. Very good value for money. I will be using it to work from home. Hence needed it to fold away. However it can be used outside and also height and width matches my dining table so that I can use it to extend dining space when I need.very versatile.”
