“Very happy with this company. found a chair I needed because am 6th tall. They kept in contact with me and put the chair together for me. Also best price I found on the internet. Delivered on time and phoned received call to say they were on the way helped me with the large parcel in the flat.”

“Ordering was easy and a pro-forma invoice issued when requested, payment via bacs went smoothly and delivery was arranged extremely quickly. We ordered chairs which were well packed ensuring there were no damages during transit. Thank you for an all round positive buying experience.”

“Potentially dangerous and flawed design - Aura Contemporary High Back Bonded Leather Executive Office Chair. A couple of months after I'd bought this chair, I leaned back slightly (not excessively) and something obviously broke which allowed the whole top part of the chair to drop/flip backwards straight to the ground (it folded/split in the middle). My head hit the floor and my legs were trapped under my desk. It took me a few minutes to work out how I could force my way out and release my legs. Worse still the desk had been pushed in the air and over me and my iMac computer had jumped up and dropped down behind against the wall. Incredibly, the Mac was still running and appeared to be OK. Unfortunately, several weeks later I realised there was a severe crack across the corner of the screen and a small chunk of glass had dropped out. On inspection, a bar inside the chair appeared to have sheared off which makes me think the design is completely flawed and potentially dangerous. I got a refund for the chair, however, my computer is still damaged and has now developed a periodic unexpected shutdown.”
