I purchased a bathroom unit from you and inside the cupboard there was a plastic cap missing despite sending you emails and even a picture of the missing cap you still haven't been in touch this is the first time i have ever shopped with your company and i am not impressed.

I never recieved an order confirmation email ( i have requsted this 4 times via email). The order was chased multiple times for confirmation of delivery. The order took three weeks to be delivered and with no communication at all.

Bad experience, incompetent customer service. I explained my problem (very serious because they forged my signature and left the pallet outside the door without me being at home). The first time I spoke to an operator he tried to understand the problem but at the stroke of 5pm he closed the chat. I tried again the next day but they never responded. I do not recommend this shop

Despite listing my item as in stock, it failed to arrive. I chased the order and found out it was delayed by a number of weeks. I asked for a refund of my delivery fee but heard nothing. I chased this up and was told that the item was now delayed by a further 3 weeks, past my project deadline. I had received no proactive communication at any point about any delays. I have asked for a refund and have had no reply and no refund. Really shocked by the service and cannot reccomend.

Failed to deliver despite a delivery date. When I called twice to chase was simply told it’s going to be a week late. Has put the project behind. Customer service very poor no attempt to even rectify the issue.

I’m not happy as I paid £19 for next day delivery and they didn’t and haven’t delivered my item. I’m extremely distressed as I have workers here with no appliance

I was sent the wrong filter. Arranging collection and refund is very problematic. Despite multiple calls, emails and promises I am still waiting for the wrong item to be collected and refunded.

Hi Pam, The replacement filter mentioned in the product description was sent to you, as the originally listed one is no longer available—a detail that you might have overlooked. However we do apologise for the delay in getting it collected. We booked the collection and didn't spot that it had failed (due to no fault of yours) and have not re-actioned it yet - despite your email. We will get that rebooked.

Hi Mr Appleby, we arranged the collection for the day after you reported it and will send a new one out as soon as it's back. I realise you are disappointed to find the hob scratched upon opening it, but appreciate we had no way of knowing that and the service you received to put it right has been prompt and helpful. Hi, its on the way to the 2 man delivery team today who will book in the delivery and even carry it in for you. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave the review rather than query directly with us. We us a 2 man service for all our heavy baths and shower trays, although it can add an extra few days to the delivery - it's still not even a week since you ordered.

They got me extremely mad after inquiring for more time to take decisions and ask for more information and they want money upfront. This is a scam, they can't prove contrary, so be careful, i got help from gravcapital cOm’’ who helped me get all my assest back.

Sent out damaged, then said I only had 2 days to let them know. Asked for it to be replaced, don’t answer emails. Avoid!!!

Told me a date for delivery, organised employee to be there to receive. After some time had passed started chasing for them (around 11-12) as they hadn't contacted. Queued on hold 40 minutes, (hung up as I was fed up) Didn't hear back until 2. All to say they weren't being delivered on the day they had arranged. Terrible experience with them. No compensation or gesture of good will. Cant say id be using them again.

Sorry you had a bad experience with your order. This was due to one of our delivery partners. We asked for the radiators to be delivered directly from the supplier to try and expedite the order - but it backfired when the delivery failed and had to be rearranged. We appreciate this can be inconvenient and we try and help where we can - but when trying to put things right - sometimes what is possible doesn't tally with what the customer would like.

Items received damaged. Delay managing their courier and identifying the problem, resulting in a further delay to us. Not satisfactory.
