“After seeing the products I needed on line I rang the store to ask about the best way of buying them, a store visit or online. As the items would be sent direct from the supplier I was advised to order online. The chap I spoke with was very friendly and called the supplier to check the stock was ok, it was, i ordered for store collection as I had a date with Mr Springsteen in Sunderland and wasn’t sure I’d be home. After I received an order complete email I rang to arrange collection only to be told the store had sent the products to my address instead of holding them in store. Anyway fortunately my dog sitter was there to accept the delivery and i arrived back from my very wet and soggy amazing date to a complete delivery of amazingly priced products. No complaints from me, 🤞🏻my plumber is happy too. I saved £600 by shopping around ❤️ and the person posting them saved my a journey to the store”

“I ordered a kitchen mixer tap that needed to be suitable for low pressure. I had noticed a slight error in the description of one tap that I liked, against its specifications. I contacted Modern living and they were super fast at obtaining the correct information from the manufacturer of that tap. It was indeed suitable for my requirements, and they updated their website. I ordered this tap and it arrived in a day or two. I waited for my plumber to install it before reviewing. All is good, I have a perfect mixer tap at a good price and I got a discount code too. Excellent company and highly recommended. Many thanks.”
