“Good communication, delivery was quick & ordering easy. Very pleased with items. Needed a new cabinet & basin for the bathroom, good quality & very reasonable price, had to purchase a tap, but even then, cost was very affordable. Would buy from modern living again.”

“Fantastic experience from the day I ordered received my gas cooker in a few days and it was perfect. Unfortunately one of the pan stands after installed was damaged by my builder by accident. I messaged modern living to see if they would be able to offer a replacement I was happy to pay Today I received a email from them saying they would replace free of charge which has definitely made me look to order from them again and check them online before going elsewhere Fantastic customer services”

“After seeing the products I needed on line I rang the store to ask about the best way of buying them, a store visit or online. As the items would be sent direct from the supplier I was advised to order online. The chap I spoke with was very friendly and called the supplier to check the stock was ok, it was, i ordered for store collection as I had a date with Mr Springsteen in Sunderland and wasn’t sure I’d be home. After I received an order complete email I rang to arrange collection only to be told the store had sent the products to my address instead of holding them in store. Anyway fortunately my dog sitter was there to accept the delivery and i arrived back from my very wet and soggy amazing date to a complete delivery of amazingly priced products. No complaints from me, 🤞🏻my plumber is happy too. I saved £600 by shopping around ❤️ and the person posting them saved my a journey to the store”
