Fantastic customer service. Chris was excellent really easy to talk to. He did what he said he would do and gave a lovely follow up call as promised. Website was easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend and use modern living again

Good service. I placed the order on a Sunday and got a call first thing Monday morning letting me know order was being processed asking when I wanted delivery.

I found a recirculating kit for my new Bosch canopy hood from the Modern Living website. It was the cheapest one compared to a number of other sites along with free delivery. Ordered online with no issues. After emailing as I'd not hearing anything for a week I was told that there had been a delay in getting my item in but was told when it would be arriving in stock and that it would be sent out with a next day courier. Item arrived promptly today and is all fitted. Only marked down as website said dispatch would be 2-3 days for my item and I had to chase for an update as I was working to a time restriction due to kitchen fitter needing item. Really happy overall.

Rang up and spoke to Craig regards an item i saw on line and wanted a bit more info on product and delivery before ordering. He was great, answered all my queries and was able to order on the spot - just what i needed as I needed fast service. The delivery guy however was another story! He couldn't find our road & roadworks caused a little diversion. He rang us and suggested we come over to where his vehicle was he would put the dishwasher in our car for us!!! Err..no, dont think so! He brought it to our house :)

Product £50 cheaper then elsewhere and delivery was fast. BUT it was delivered on a pallet and the driver said he could not take it further in doors. I had to lift it inside and the driver didn't even collect the pallet which I now have to dispose of. Not good if it's a heavy washing machine OR ordered by elderly or invalid people - Modern Living need to ensure that they make this MUCH more clearer on their website although it does say this in the delivery options. That's why I couldn't give you guys a 5 rating sorry.

Very good product delivered within timescales. Only thing was it awas not boxed product was just cellophaned. Good customer service and polite agents.

Our new extractor fan has made a real difference to our open plan kitchen and dining room. It removes cooking smoke effectively and provides nice lighting.

So far so good. Great price. Got a call to arrange delivery a couple of days after placing the order. Dispatched two days later. Still waiting for delivery. Due to arrive a week after placing the order

The service I received prior to Christmas was first class however I was very disappointed when I attempted to contact the company directly after Christmas as there was no one to answer the telephone or respond to my emails. When I eventually got through and spoke to someone to ask if Bosch made telescopic rails to fit the oven I have rather than the one the rails fitted, I was told that they didn't. When I asked if I could return the rails I purchased I was told I was outside the fourteen day return period. This was not my fault due to the fact that Modernliving was closed for Christmas!!!! I am now left with a set of telescopic rails that are for all intents and purposes useless to me and the very best part of £60 out of pocket. I know there are rules to abide by but it is hard to understand how the companies choice to close for a long period after Christmas could or should override good customer service. I will not visit their website again and will ensure the poor customer service I have receive is known to any of my friends who might contemplate purchasing anything from them.

Ordered a sink and it came in the next day. Only one thing made it four stars for me was the delivery company... All day waits are a thing of the past use dpd instead you have an hour window and proper tracking for your parcel. Other than that and a wasted 6 hours the sink is great!!

That's a fair comment, we use APC as the level of damages is the lowest around. We have used a number of couriers in the past, but when sending expensive delicate items like your sink, we have found them to be second to none. Delivery windows or ETA's would be great and something I believe they are working towards, but for now it's a phone call to chase it up. Thank you for leaving us the review!
