Excellent service. Very easy to contact and very pleasant staff. Had a slight problem with part of order being damaged in transit, however it was replaced the next day. Would highly recommend.

I never recieved an order confirmation email ( i have requsted this 4 times via email). The order was chased multiple times for confirmation of delivery. The order took three weeks to be delivered and with no communication at all.

Prompt and speedy process. Kept me updated on the status of the order. Package arrived fully intact. Not yet laid the flooring as a project in the planning. Would definitely used the company again.

Bad experience, incompetent customer service. I explained my problem (very serious because they forged my signature and left the pallet outside the door without me being at home). The first time I spoke to an operator he tried to understand the problem but at the stroke of 5pm he closed the chat. I tried again the next day but they never responded. I do not recommend this shop

Despite listing my item as in stock, it failed to arrive. I chased the order and found out it was delayed by a number of weeks. I asked for a refund of my delivery fee but heard nothing. I chased this up and was told that the item was now delayed by a further 3 weeks, past my project deadline. I had received no proactive communication at any point about any delays. I have asked for a refund and have had no reply and no refund. Really shocked by the service and cannot reccomend.
