Despite listing my item as in stock, it failed to arrive. I chased the order and found out it was delayed by a number of weeks. I asked for a refund of my delivery fee but heard nothing. I chased this up and was told that the item was now delayed by a further 3 weeks, past my project deadline. I had received no proactive communication at any point about any delays. I have asked for a refund and have had no reply and no refund. Really shocked by the service and cannot reccomend.

Excellent service after purchase. Brilliant communication from Sales & Delivery. Arrived exactly as promised & Tom the driver could not have been surpassed during delivery. Friendly, chatty and even carried items into house - a real gem. Keep him - he's the best! items to be fitted next week!

Only a small moan to be honest, ordered black shower tray on Wednesday evening paid for next day delivery (expected Friday )fine. Had phone call Friday afternoon saying the tray was not coming because it had been smashed, I asked if it would come Saturday, was told it would most probably be Monday but would try find out ? To my surprise it was delivered before 8 on Saturday morning but with no notification 🙃
