“Despite listing my item as in stock, it failed to arrive. I chased the order and found out it was delayed by a number of weeks. I asked for a refund of my delivery fee but heard nothing. I chased this up and was told that the item was now delayed by a further 3 weeks, past my project deadline. I had received no proactive communication at any point about any delays. I have asked for a refund and have had no reply and no refund. Really shocked by the service and cannot reccomend.”

The items you ordered were due to be delivered directly from our supplier, and unfortunately, they failed to notify us of the delays until we followed up with them. This lack of proactive communication from both our supplier and ourselves is completely unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for not keeping you informed. I understand how important it was for your items to arrive on time, particularly with your project deadline, and I’m truly sorry for letting you down. I can confirm that your refund has now been processed in full. “Only a small moan to be honest, ordered black shower tray on Wednesday evening paid for next day delivery (expected Friday )fine. Had phone call Friday afternoon saying the tray was not coming because it had been smashed, I asked if it would come Saturday, was told it would most probably be Monday but would try find out ? To my surprise it was delivered before 8 on Saturday morning but with no notification 🙃”
