“Ordered from Modern Living and got confirmation email. A week passed with absolutely nothing else, no delivery notice, absolutely nothing. I emailed to ask what was going on and they replied the next day saying they had tried to call but got no reply so could not arrange delivery. This was a bare faced lie. I had no missed call. They had not tried to phone. If they had why didn't they leave voice mail, or email me? Once I contacted them to arrange delivery the delivery was quick and I had no problems. Just wish they were more honest about their mistakes and didn't try to lie their way out of it”

“Very simple to order and super quick delivery. We did try to call to ask a question and we also tried the chat but no one came back to us! Luckily we took the risk and ordered and it worked out!”

“Failed to deliver despite a delivery date. When I called twice to chase was simply told it’s going to be a week late. Has put the project behind. Customer service very poor no attempt to even rectify the issue.”
