“Failed to deliver despite a delivery date. When I called twice to chase was simply told it’s going to be a week late. Has put the project behind. Customer service very poor no attempt to even rectify the issue.”

“Our glass hob purchased 6 months ago shattered fortunately with no injuries . I reported it and received a prompt and concerned response from your customer service department together with confirmation of a 2 year warranty. As requested I sent a couple of pictures showing the damage and was offered a choice of replacements we elected same for same and were given a 2 hour delivery slot for next day. The delivery was on time and the whole issue had been resolved within 48 hrs. Excellent customer service I will use your company again as and when required for future purchases.”

“I have not laid flooring yet. But the customer service is amazing. Spoke to Gentleman on chat and he was very helpful, made the order and it was delivered next morning. So ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours.”
