“I did a lot of research when purchasing our tub and shower screen and Modern Living had the best prices. Then when we purchased our kitchen sink, Modern Living had the best price again! Craig is very helpful and provides great customer service. Very happy with Modern Living.”

“My contact at Modern Living was brilliant, he could not have been more helpful and kind. The delivery was speedy, and product came undamaged, what more can I say. Oh yes, they saved me about £200, therefore most happy indeed!”

“It has been an excellent experience doing business with Modern Living. Competitive price courtesy and helpfulness from all staff especially Craig with whom i dealt most. The quality of the Amtico vinyl is superb and was fitted over old tiles. Kitchen nearly finished will send photo. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your Company Yours sincerely Robert”

“A pleasure to deal with from the start. The website was easy to navigate and ordering also. “I ordered 2 items totalling over £1000. Delivery stated 3-5 working days. After 7 working days I called to find out what was going on. I was told it would be dispatched on that day and would arrive 2 days later. 2 days later I received no dispatch info or my item so I phoned again and was told my item was out of stock, so I asked for a full refund immediately. 2 weeks on I'm still waiting for my refund which is totally unacceptable. I am told they do all of their refunds at the end of the month - again this is not acceptable. Overall poor communication and keen to keep hold of your money when they haven't delivered the goods.”

Hi. I've looked into this and although some of what you describe above doesn't match the phone recordings I've just listened to, I wholeheartedly agree that waiting two weeks for your refund of a cancelled order is unacceptable. Your refund has been processed and the proof was emailed to you before you wrote the review, it does unfortunately take a couple of working days to work its way through the banking system. We can't hurry that up or else we would. Staff absence and holidays created a bit of a mix up with the paperwork and a delay with accounts processing the refund. We hate bad reviews and will work hard to make sure delays like this don't happen again.

“Had seen 2 ovens which I couldn't quite make up my mind. The neff I had a brochure and the bosch I didn't, so needed to know a bit more about the bosch oven had tried everything on google but hadn't answered the questions I needed to know. Best price was with MODERN LIVING so phoned up their help line. Spoke with Craig who was able to answer all my questions. I decided that the bosch oven was the better buy for me. Placed the order online about a half on hour after my phone conversation. As soon as the purchase was made I received a phone call to tell me they had the order and when it would be delivered. I also had confirmation by e-mail stating it had been dispatched and that it would arrive on a pallet. Excellent product. Magnificent service. Thank you”

“" I found Craig who handled our purchase very polite & efficient as he had the answers to any of the questions I raised at his fingertips & as promised the invoice was e mailed to me very promptly\r\n The haulage company A P C Overnight were also very good ,the consignment being delivered early on the designated day.\r\n Unfortunately our plumber. because of pressure of work, won't be able to install the new sink until the end of the month, but there isn't any urgency. "”
