“Had seen 2 ovens which I couldn't quite make up my mind. The neff I had a brochure and the bosch I didn't, so needed to know a bit more about the bosch oven had tried everything on google but hadn't answered the questions I needed to know. Best price was with MODERN LIVING so phoned up their help line. Spoke with Craig who was able to answer all my questions. I decided that the bosch oven was the better buy for me. Placed the order online about a half on hour after my phone conversation. As soon as the purchase was made I received a phone call to tell me they had the order and when it would be delivered. I also had confirmation by e-mail stating it had been dispatched and that it would arrive on a pallet. Excellent product. Magnificent service. Thank you”

“" I found Craig who handled our purchase very polite & efficient as he had the answers to any of the questions I raised at his fingertips & as promised the invoice was e mailed to me very promptly\r\n The haulage company A P C Overnight were also very good ,the consignment being delivered early on the designated day.\r\n Unfortunately our plumber. because of pressure of work, won't be able to install the new sink until the end of the month, but there isn't any urgency. "”

“I found a recirculating kit for my new Bosch canopy hood from the Modern Living website. It was the cheapest one compared to a number of other sites along with free delivery. Ordered online with no issues. After emailing as I'd not hearing anything for a week I was told that there had been a delay in getting my item in but was told when it would be arriving in stock and that it would be sent out with a next day courier. Item arrived promptly today and is all fitted. Only marked down as website said dispatch would be 2-3 days for my item and I had to chase for an update as I was working to a time restriction due to kitchen fitter needing item. Really happy overall.”

“Rang up and spoke to Craig regards an item i saw on line and wanted a bit more info on product and delivery before ordering. He was great, answered all my queries and was able to order on the spot - just what i needed as I needed fast service. The delivery guy however was another story! He couldn't find our road & roadworks caused a little diversion. He rang us and suggested we come over to where his vehicle was he would put the dishwasher in our car for us!!! Err..no, dont think so! He brought it to our house :)”

“Website easy to use. What I ordered wasn't in stock but email alerted me and given options to proceed cancel or 're order. I reordered by email and only had to pay the difference. All staff on email and telephone friendly courteous and helpful at all times. Order came on my day of choice. No complaints and will use again.”

“I came across the Modern living site when looking for a kitchen ceiling extractor fan. Whilst ordering the appliance I had a query which was answered in minutes via email, the product arrived quickly and no fuss. Bonus above all was the product was cheapest from Midern living! “The dishwasher arrived less than a week after being ordered however it was delivered only to our front door and we had to get it into the kitchen. I did not see this when I ordered it and being in our seventies this was not satisfactory.”
