Great customer service, Purchased a shower tray it arrived quickly but with a small amount of damage from delivery company. Contacted modern living and they sent out a replacement the next day. Great customer service will not hesitate to order from this company again.

I was sent the wrong filter. Arranging collection and refund is very problematic. Despite multiple calls, emails and promises I am still waiting for the wrong item to be collected and refunded.

Hi Pam, The replacement filter mentioned in the product description was sent to you, as the originally listed one is no longer available—a detail that you might have overlooked. However we do apologise for the delay in getting it collected. We booked the collection and didn't spot that it had failed (due to no fault of yours) and have not re-actioned it yet - despite your email. We will get that rebooked.

Whilst the product itself is very nice and a good price, the dispatch is way too slow. It might not matter to you if you were doing a refurb but if you have a broken kitchen tap that you can't get any water out of, it's useless!

In your case, you placed an order at 15:23 on November 22nd, and the tap was delivered on the 29th at 10:45. Although our goal is to ship promptly, we still managed to deliver it to you within 5 working days. One person delivered the large corner bath thus damaging the edges. This was replaced the next day when the damaged one was neing collected upon informing the seller.

I didn't like the fact that you have to open up the boxes and return within 24 hours if there is a problem.

Hi Sarah-Jane, I understand where you are coming from but this only applies to reporting damage to the item not the standard change of mind return which is the standard 14 + 14 days. We ask that good are checked as early as possible so any damages that are present won't be incorrectly attributed to the customer and claims can be made against the couriers etc. We don't require any kind of return within 24 hours, just an email or call if there is an issue.
