“Received the radiator in good time and is now installed and doing its job. I replaced an identical chrome radiator and the difference in heat output in amazing. We now have a warm bathroom after some years. Chrome radiators look good but are no good for heating a room.”

“I was sent the wrong filter. Arranging collection and refund is very problematic. Despite multiple calls, emails and promises I am still waiting for the wrong item to be collected and refunded.”

Hi Pam, The replacement filter mentioned in the product description was sent to you, as the originally listed one is no longer available—a detail that you might have overlooked. However we do apologise for the delay in getting it collected. We booked the collection and didn't spot that it had failed (due to no fault of yours) and have not re-actioned it yet - despite your email. We will get that rebooked.

“Whilst the product itself is very nice and a good price, the dispatch is way too slow. It might not matter to you if you were doing a refurb but if you have a broken kitchen tap that you can't get any water out of, it's useless!”
