“Purchased a bath through ModernLivingDirect as they were one of just a few who had a specific-sized bath. Waited a few days for confirmation of order, but bath was delivered in excellent condition and arrived as expected. Bath now fitted and looks great. Good price paid too.”

Hi Mr Appleby, we arranged the collection for the day after you reported it and will send a new one out as soon as it's back. I realise you are disappointed to find the hob scratched upon opening it, but appreciate we had no way of knowing that and the service you received to put it right has been prompt and helpful.
