“Bad experience, incompetent customer service. I explained my problem (very serious because they forged my signature and left the pallet outside the door without me being at home). The first time I spoke to an operator he tried to understand the problem but at the stroke of 5pm he closed the chat. I tried again the next day but they never responded. I do not recommend this shop”

“Despite listing my item as in stock, it failed to arrive. I chased the order and found out it was delayed by a number of weeks. I asked for a refund of my delivery fee but heard nothing. I chased this up and was told that the item was now delayed by a further 3 weeks, past my project deadline. I had received no proactive communication at any point about any delays. I have asked for a refund and have had no reply and no refund. Really shocked by the service and cannot reccomend.”

The items you ordered were due to be delivered directly from our supplier, and unfortunately, they failed to notify us of the delays until we followed up with them. This lack of proactive communication from both our supplier and ourselves is completely unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for not keeping you informed. I understand how important it was for your items to arrive on time, particularly with your project deadline, and I’m truly sorry for letting you down. I can confirm that your refund has now been processed in full.
