“I never recieved an order confirmation email ( i have requsted this 4 times via email). The order was chased multiple times for confirmation of delivery. The order took three weeks to be delivered and with no communication at all.”

“Bad experience, incompetent customer service. I explained my problem (very serious because they forged my signature and left the pallet outside the door without me being at home). The first time I spoke to an operator he tried to understand the problem but at the stroke of 5pm he closed the chat. I tried again the next day but they never responded. I do not recommend this shop”
