“Lovely boots but absolutely appalling customer service. I returned boots size too big in a store on new years day and still waiting for a refund (two weeks later). On the same day ordered another pair in store which arrived faulty(same defect on boots I tried in store). I got in touch with customer service 6 days ago straight after receiving my order and still my issue haven't been resolved. I'm waiting for a second reply. Over £200 spent and no boots to wear therefore very disappointed.”

“Bought my 3rd pair of Bezzie ankle boots(grey, purple & now black). Leather so so soft & comfortable, wear them straight away, no need to try & wear them in on short trips etc. Plus several pairs of sandles & a pair of trainers. Love choice of colours. Fab”

“I stumbled upon the Mode In Pelle shop in Henley about 10 years ago and couldn’t believe how many designs of trainers sandals and boots shouted out to me and I was deliriously picking up display items saying “I love this - I must have these’! Then when I bought my size 6 in a white wedged trainer I was so pleased with the fit and decided to try other styles by ordering online at Moda In Pelle. I have bought many Styles to date and love them all. Occasionally I buy other brands but always return to Moda In Pelle for Boots and trainers especially!”
