“I would’ve given you five stars as the boots are beautiful and comfortable. Time from placing order toreceipt of goods is very fast and efficient. However disappointed in return. You don’t receive any correspondence to advise you have received the order and thereby an approx refund date.”

“My shoes arrived in perfect condition quick and efficiently. Came looking exactly what I'd ordered. I was surprised to feel the weight was lighter than id anticipated. To my delight the sandals were extremely comfortable and being that little bit lighter the were fantastically wearable for all day and night. The were so comfortable having soft cushions together with light but very durable straps. Id definitely be buying from this website again. A very satisfied customer. :-)”

“Despite two pairs of boots bought from MIP before, which were a perfect fit, the boots I bought this time, in the same size, were far too small. Had to be returned, and at my expense. So I returned on the 18th October. For some unfathomable reason, I didn't receive my refund until the 15th November, a full month later. The only positive is that my emails regarding the refund were answered promptly. Would not buy online from them again.”

“Super speedy delivery but unfortunately refunds are extremely slow. Had to contact customer services as hadn't received any notification that a refund was pending (getting near to 10 days), and it was only then that advisor started the process. Also had to phone initially to check that the goods had been received as again no notification of return.”
