“Though the delivery was delayed by 3 days (this being down to the logistics company) the product is top class!! I will definitely use again and would recommend.”

“Said delivery in 3 to 5 day’s on their website but took nearly 3 weeks. No one answers the phone. Not using them again.”

“The doors were the wrong size, I ordered larger ones but they haven't arrived. The company won't refund for the smaller doors or collect them, I am going to court to settle this matter”

“Good service but disappointed with cost of delivery which was over half the price of the door, I feel it could have been cheaper, I would buy from them again if door wanted was in stock, otherwise would go elsewhere simply because of the cost of delivery.”

“Wrong frame sent. Build held up. Still waiting for refund for weather bars. Numerous calls to customer service, waiting for accounts to process refund Actual product when it arrived good. Chaos regarding order.”

“Really pleased with our new doors. They've transformed the look of our hallway. Replaced solid doors with glass-paneled doors and now there is so much light everywhere. Obviously got to keep the rooms tidy though - LOL. Delivered on time. Courteous and conscientious delivery driver. We had to have fire doors, so they were reasonably expensive, but having looked around, Moda Doors offered a good, competitive price. Highly recommend.”

“Door is good but arrived damaged did repairs on it myself. Mailed Moda, Callum Returned mail offering a 10 percent refund. If I order more doors he said He will quote me a special price. Hopefully he will keep to his word.”

“Not delivered yet. Vehicle b.down. May get deld. next week - we are away most of next week! Originally quoted 3-5 days ( a mistake we're told) then 10-15 days i think. Not at all happy. We have already cancelled carpenter twice! Please acknowledge this message.”

“House renovation is a scary business at the best of times and these are not the best of times. So it was a lucky break to find MODA doors. They have been helpful from the first contact through the ordering process, including several bespoke doors, to the final delivery arrangements. Competitive pricing and a first class product was a bonus. Thank you.”

“I ordered a modern moda door unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock until November, I couldn’t wait that long so the sales team person guided me to another door exactly the same design but made by Deanta, the cost was the same also, we communicated via emails, they were very helpful and promised it was the same design as I’d originally ordered. It is, it’s solid, so heavy and made from quality wood, and a perfect white finish. Thank you so much, iv ordered mother of Pearl round door knobs to accompany my door. It’s not up yet but I know it will be fantastic”

“I won’t lie...I was very concerned about ordering through Moda. It wasn’t until after I placed the order that I read the reviews and they were definitely a fifty-fifty mixture of good and bad. I can honestly say we didn’t have a problem. The communication was good by all (Moda, XL Joinery and Dee Haulage), delivery was fast, products arrived in excellent condition (I did keep the delivery driver waiting until I had thoroughly checked both glass doors). Overall, we had a good experience.”
