“Easy to order and to make payment. After that is when all the problem start. First the 3 to 5 days delivery did not happen. Two doors ordered first door was the wrong door style and size, after several telephone conversations and emails the supplier sorted this out not MODA Doors. The second door never arrived more telephone conversations when they answered the telephone, dont leave message they do not return your call, that is if you can leave a message most of the time the answer phone is full and several emails they agree a refund for the door that never arrived now over two weeks later and more emails no refund. Now having to get my credit card company involved for the refund. The customer service is the worst I have ever come across. If I ever needed to buy another door I would not be using MODA Doors.”

“Doors are good quality and look great, dispatch was around 3 days. Unfortunately once handed to the delivery company they took 7 days to deliver and that included an extra 3 days due to a driver running out of hours on the designated delivery day and 3 days later being the only option given.”

“Order went well. Delivery not so good as the driver wasn’t told the special delivery instructions so got lost. Frame is great. Door looked good until it was fitted then a day later it started to come apart! Not great quality and now customer service is poor. I’m expected to take the door off and send it back! Leaving a hole where my door should be!”

“Honestly was looking forward to these pair of oak doors arriving, packaged up very good, opened doors and a big chunk half was down of the door was missing exposing inner core of the door, spoke to customer service who were less than helpful, no clear guidance on how to return and fobbed off, so yeah lovely doors, apart from damaged.”
