“Love my door handles, a little tricky to install there were no instructions in the box and had to google but beautiful.”

“Exceptionally happy with door and delivery time however one man turned up in a van with a very heavy glass door and I hurt my shoulder trying to help him. He said three men loaded the van so it baffles me why one man was left by himself to carry out deliveries. I don't know if the driver is from Moda or an external company but should probably be reviewed.”

“Delivery was faultless. Delivery driver phoned day before and let us know exactly what time he would be. The door is better than we could see from the photo. Perfect last piece in the kitchen jigsaw.”

“Time from order placement to delivery was good, however the courier used was poor, they couldn't tell me the day before delivery if it was going to be am or pm.....I had to contact them to find out on the day of delivery....I had to waste the whole day out of work, this isn't what I'd call good customer service. The qualty of the door itself was at best ok.......it had lumps of dried primer on the edges....which needs removing/sanding off......quality control & inspection of shipped doors needs improving.”

“The door handles were very poor quality,I emailed Atlantic handles and they said the crystals are supposed to be of set, I have made enquirys and they should be in straight lines, which I am not very pleased.”

“I e mailed that the builder was having a problem. Sent pictures to Thom. Rang when I got no response. Was told I would get a call back. Instead I got an e mail saying no one at Moda could help. Thom was contacting the manufacturer and would get back to me. That was Thursday . Heard nothing since.”
