“excellent quality ,looks really good would buy again”

“you only supply one knob and i had to make that much slimmer to fit the inside of the room and allow the door ot open fully i supplied my own knob for the out side. the little pack of screws should be illustrated on the instructions. the plan should be on a much bigger scale to make it easier to read. pick someone at random in your office and see if they can fit into a frame. if the frame is the size of the door, they will need to cut say 10mm off the bottom to allow for the pivot.”

“It's gives a different looks to your rooms..Even look much better if you get your own frames built by the builder's..I can recommend these doors..looks owesome.. A1+++”

“I received a request to write a review, which seems odd as I haven't yet received the door I ordered. What has arrived is the wrong style and the wrong size. The order and delivery note are all correct but what was actually delivered was not correct. Since all the paperwork is correct, I don't believe the problem was caused by MODA but by their supplier, XL Joinery. The latest news from MODA is that XL Joinery don't have the right door in stock so I have to wait.”

“Purchased from Moda as good range of Doors with a short delivery promise of 3-5 days. Paid and received invoice confirming 3-5 days. Took 13 days in reality causing additional costs. Quality issue then raised with Jel-wen doors but refused to offer any compensation for time to make good. Find another supplier......”

“I ordered a door online and also spoke to their customer service, who was incredibly polite and helpful & told me the door was being dispatched the next day. Next day, I received a text to confirm delivery 3 days after. On the delivery day (today) i received a text to confirm and a number to call for exact time, which I called, a very friendly lady told me the time-slot. Door just delivered and is exactly what was described on the website, if not, better.”
