“One of my doors was damaged.i waited for five days to hear from the company,they wanted to know if the doors were hung,i replied and said yes,that was the last i heard from them.i also sent a photo of the damage to the door.”

“The first set of doors weren't glazed as per the pictures. They arranged collection and I ordered some alternative replacements so I purchased another set. The first set were collected when the replacements were delivered and I was refunded over 2 weeks later (which is their policy. They will not refund until they get notification from the supplier). The second lot were received unfortunately upon checking they were damaged. I sent pictures approx. 2 weeks ago and I'm still awaiting collection. No indication yet when they will be collected and it will be two weeks on top of that before I get my money back. Rant over... unless you can afford for them, to hold your money, if you are not happy then I would buy elsewhere.”

“We haven't had the doors fitted yet but the speed with which Moda dispatched them was impressive. As a post script to my previous review, I can say that the doors are very good. The bevelled glass makes even the view of the kitchen interesting! The only way to make them better is if they were fully finished. I'm dreading painting around the panes.”

“Ordered a pitch pine door with 2 glass panels on Wednesday 8th March 2017, got a phone on Friday to arrange delivery, lovely woman, arrived today Monday 13th in the allocated time, great! the door is great although there are odd light purple stains down the front and back of the door so i hope they sand down. However, the door is otherwise perfect! Its exactly what I wanted and only wish I had gone to this firm first as I had previously bought pitch pine doors locally (Newcastle Upon Tyne) that cost double the price per door (i bought 4), I have 2 remaining doors that need replacing so I will definitely order 2 more! perfect! sorted!”

“Reasonable price for a solid oak door, however, there are a few nicks on the doors (not due to the natural knots in the wood). Silicone is peeling where glass has been fitted also. But overall a good solid door.”
