“Re delivered to my neighbour and took the door around the back of my house and put it in the out building, for me to collect when I got home from work.”

“I Bought an Oak Stable door on Monday the 14th of Nov. Paypal took payment on Thursday the 17th Nov. Your website information states 3-5 day Delivery. The door was delivered on the Wednesday 23rd of Nov that's a total of "8 DAYS" What happened!!! Not very impressed.”

“All done online on a nice easy to use web site, a day after ordering,I received a phone call telling just when the door would arrive (within a 2 hour slot) and hey presto the arrived a day early. The driver was very apologetic but said he would have waited until the following day if need be, but he'd had a really good day with his deliveries and mine was his last drop. All in all a fantastic service, with very nice friendly staff. And cheaper than most, but not lacking in quality.”

“E-Mail to say Door was despatched on the 7th November,after lots of phone calls which were difficult to understand from two trade suppliers one for frame and one for door, broken down lorrys etc ,I now have the frame. But no door. Brian Excell”

“I had a few questions about the door before I placed the order. Very prompt responses by email. Excellent communication throughout.The door was delivered as agreed with absolutely no problems. Very high quality door for an excellent price. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family”

“When the doors were unpacked (delivered 4.15pm 16/11/16 all were damaged either by items dropped on them or the grooves not painted /polished I have had to send photos of the damage and repaired one myself I am awaiting 3 of 4 replaced and chased again today and no one has come back to me yet to let me know when the replacements will be with me ?. I have been dealing with a guy called tom who said he woulld let me know what is happening. I must add without this damage and unfinished works the doors are of good quality and it is a shame that with a little quality control this could have been avaoided I own a large joinery company and was shocked that doors of this finish were allowed to be sent out in this condition.”
