“E-Mail to say Door was despatched on the 7th November,after lots of phone calls which were difficult to understand from two trade suppliers one for frame and one for door, broken down lorrys etc ,I now have the frame. But no door. Brian Excell”

“I had a few questions about the door before I placed the order. Very prompt responses by email. Excellent communication throughout.The door was delivered as agreed with absolutely no problems. Very high quality door for an excellent price. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family”

“When the doors were unpacked (delivered 4.15pm 16/11/16 all were damaged either by items dropped on them or the grooves not painted /polished I have had to send photos of the damage and repaired one myself I am awaiting 3 of 4 replaced and chased again today and no one has come back to me yet to let me know when the replacements will be with me ?. I have been dealing with a guy called tom who said he woulld let me know what is happening. I must add without this damage and unfinished works the doors are of good quality and it is a shame that with a little quality control this could have been avaoided I own a large joinery company and was shocked that doors of this finish were allowed to be sent out in this condition.”

“Poor customer service, firstly the door wasn't in stock, then trying to get a confirmed date for delivery was like pulling teeth. I went elsewhere for the remainder of my doors as it wasn't worth the grief”

“Came on time. The product details could have been a bit more accurate as I wanted an obscure glass panel( my fault for not asking the right question) and it says it is a solid wood construction but it is faced with a BOARD? finish and the timber frame is glued sections. It feels sturdy enough but not convinced it is worth £140 odd. Still its now on and looks good.”

“The double doors I purchased were not square and the joining lips at the centre meant that the doors were not flush when closed. Unimpressed is an understatement. I would not recommend these doors to any one else as a result”

“Ordering was easy,on line site well presented. I cannot comment on my order as it hasn't arrived yet!The delivery company is a let down,suppose to be 3-5 working days my order will be 7 working days which is a let down for me. Delivery company phone you,if not in a message is left, when you try to phone them back it's an answering machine! Not good in my opinion.Then when complain about the length of time to wait for delivery they tell you it's Moda to blame.”
