“Sadly ordered 4 doors, order to delivery tome seemed great, message from courier for day of delivery all set. Then huge disappointment sat in all day 8-7 as per delivery, no product, no reason, no apology , had to do all chasing for refund, no mention of wasted day, inconvenience for loss of days work, or even acknowledgement, absolutely shocking, I will say the two staff I had to speak to, to then chase the refund for doors were professional and courteous, and courier service who confirmed they had no delivery booked the day after the event were professional, however not impressed, this company director needs to learn how to treat customers! Still waiting a reason/apology.”

“I returned the door I originally ordered as I ordered the wrong size (my mistake) I cancelled the 2nd door I ordered as it wasn't a fire door So the 1 star rating is because I am still waiting for my money to be refunded on my card after 2 1/2 weeks and I have called twice for it to be refunded !!!!”

“Ordered a hardwood front door on 15th August, which was delivered on 19th August with dents in two places clearly visible through torn plastic wrapping. Courier took photos and noted on the delivery information. Rang Moda the following morning to request a replacement or refund to cover the cost and inconvenience of filling and sanding the damaged door received. Chased up three times in nine days without any success and waited for three days more before a figure of £45 was finally made. ( Which I accepted the same day, 30th August andasked for theamount to be credited to my card. ) Today is Friday 8th September and I have still not received the credit!!!!”

“We are renovating a house and I have brought all the doors for it from Moda. Great communication and service, only ever had 2 issue which was dealt with quickly and was no trouble for them. I won’t hesitate buying the rest of my doors from this company.”

“I went to the business premises (tricky to find) and ordered/paid for a single external door. Good communication via email. Notification to pick door up (as I live locally). Picked the door up with no problems. The door was at the best price I found. Pleased all round”

“I have to say I was a bit sceptic as not all their reviews were favourable but they had the doors I wanted at a very good price so I ordered 4. Delivery was great and I’m not easy to deliver too in wales . Doors are fab quality too”

“Bought some oak French doors for our cottage. Easy to order on line and delivered within 7 days. Item arrived well packaged with only a minor scratch on the wood work. Quality of workmanship is very good and the glass of good quality. All in all very pleased and will be ordering another door soon.”
