“My door has never arrived - I fully appreciate with todays problems (April 2020) it would take a while but after 'politely' chasing it is apparently out of stock.”

“Do not buy they are cheap doors when you go to paint them they bubble. Dents in the door and just poorly made doors. Then when you try to contact them to sort out replacement they say there a third party company and you have to call somebody else which is just chucking responsibility for consumer law from pillar to post. Warning just do not buy”

“Received a phone call to confirm if delivery day was suitable. Door delivered as promised on delivery at date. Well packed. Door is lovely quality, better than expected. Really very impressed. Would definitely order again.”

“Door delivery was fine the hinges I ordered with the door still haven’t arrived. I called Moda and they weren’t that interested..! Not sure how I am going to hang the doir without them?”

“Took my order - received an email closer to the deliver date that they don’t have them in stock!! I asked for a refund and still after 11 days I have not received my money back!!! They are not responding to my emails either!!! Stay away from this company”
