“Yes, came on time, little disappointed that it was a vaneered version on of my hardwood door I ordered, but then again, most are these days. Price reasonable.”

“Great product, the only problem that I had was that the delivery drivers broke a light fitting whilst carrying the doors in and did not advise that they had one this and made no effort to clear up the broken glass.”

“Door was pretty poor quality. Layers of flimsy board made putting hinges on challenging. I suspect even with a Few layers of paint itll last 1-2 years tops. £48 for delivery 7 working days (so 10 real days) later is a joke in 2023. No response to a customer serive email prior to delivery. All round, would not recommend at all.”

“We wanted to replace all the doors in our house with oak doors. Moda doors seemed to have a good choice. Callam was very helpful and we decided on doors from XL Joinery.He also helped us to match door handles to the door style. They were delivered when advised except for a pair of internal French doors which were on back order. We were kept informed by Callam all the time. Now they are all fitted ,they look great and we are very pleased with the service from Moda. The doors have 'lifted' the interior of our house. Thanks to Moda and XL Joinery. Pics show before and after.”

“Sadly ordered 4 doors, order to delivery tome seemed great, message from courier for day of delivery all set. Then huge disappointment sat in all day 8-7 as per delivery, no product, no reason, no apology , had to do all chasing for refund, no mention of wasted day, inconvenience for loss of days work, or even acknowledgement, absolutely shocking, I will say the two staff I had to speak to, to then chase the refund for doors were professional and courteous, and courier service who confirmed they had no delivery booked the day after the event were professional, however not impressed, this company director needs to learn how to treat customers! Still waiting a reason/apology.”

“I returned the door I originally ordered as I ordered the wrong size (my mistake) I cancelled the 2nd door I ordered as it wasn't a fire door So the 1 star rating is because I am still waiting for my money to be refunded on my card after 2 1/2 weeks and I have called twice for it to be refunded !!!!”

“Ordered a hardwood front door on 15th August, which was delivered on 19th August with dents in two places clearly visible through torn plastic wrapping. Courier took photos and noted on the delivery information. Rang Moda the following morning to request a replacement or refund to cover the cost and inconvenience of filling and sanding the damaged door received. Chased up three times in nine days without any success and waited for three days more before a figure of £45 was finally made. ( Which I accepted the same day, 30th August andasked for theamount to be credited to my card. ) Today is Friday 8th September and I have still not received the credit!!!!”
