“They haven't as will not pay for the £50 collection fee of a door that has to go back even though we bought 6 doors from them and one door broke on the hinges as it was a poor design.”

“Dateline 6th October, doors were ordered online on the 20th September ( payment taken at this point), 16 days later I have no doors . The direct line telephone is never answered , and I get by email are failed deadlines. Extremely frustrating as I have tenants ready to move in when the doors are installed, very poor in every way apart from the quick acceptance of the funds. Bill davie.”

“Worse company ever take your money and don't answer any emails or the phone. Delivery made but did not say they where delivering but I was informed they will contact you for date and time this did not happen. So rearranged had day off work and guess what no delivery no one answers phone got through delivery company and driver states he delivered and posted card through letter box lies lies lies no card no doors phone again if I receive my doors I will be surprised let's see company very disorganised.”

“The ordering process was great and each time I had to speak to someone everyone was very pleasant.unfortunatly one of the doors(the bi-fold one)we have ordered has taken a large amount of time for my joiner to fit and has come off the bracket that many time that it is now damage and can't be fixed..that said,the service was great.”

“After being messed around with delivery numerous times the item then arrived damaged. This was then explained away as 'it happens' and I was then further messed around with collection of the damaged item and the eventual refund. After my initial payment the whole process took 2 months to be finally refunded. If I could give zero stars I would.”

“As part of the restoration of our house we needed to complete the project by increasing that "curb appeal" on entry to our home with a new front door. We found Moda Doors and selected the Turin and are so glad that we did. The door is a fraction of the price offered by many other competitors with no compromise required in quality and workmanship. To say we are pleased with our door is an UNDERSTATEMENT. If we got £50 for every person that complimented the door, our entire street would have been bought a Moda Door!.”
