“Customer service good. But the bifold internal doors were to big for the runner. We had 3 different carpenters trying to hang them were damaged got £35 compensation but we later found one door badly bowed and runner way too small for the doors. Adjustment was a nightmare too. Cost us a fortune in the end in labour”

“WORST COMPANY EVER. I BOUGHT A £300 DOOR . I GOT IT CRACKED 3 TIMES WAITED 1 MONTH AND A HALF FOR IT AND i REFUSED THE 3RD CRACKED DOOR BECAUSE i couldn t trust them anymore . Took another few weeks and me go to their office in perso 2 hours away from my home to get.my.money back Terrible.company DON T BOTHER”
